Where are your items shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses and suppliers all over the world, we find the best printers in every corner of the world, and work hard to get the best quality and price.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 2-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry team to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service with in 24 hours of placing the order.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.
To all UAE customers, please provide your PO Box or Zip code during checkout to avoid delays on processing and shipping of your orders.
Customs, Postal Services & Us (T&A Threads) are different entities hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services.
Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

It may take up to 24hr for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
When can I expect to receive my package?
Every single item on T&A Threads is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

I tracked down my order and the status says Return to Sender, what should I do?
In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.
The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
